1:1 Mentorship
A depth-oriented practice of inner adulthood
1:1 Mentorship is a one-to-one, presence-based mentorship practice for adults who are willing to meet themselves with honesty, responsibility, and care.
This work is not about fixing what is “wrong,” becoming someone new, or reaching a particular state. It is about developing the capacity to stay present with your inner and relational life, and to live with greater clarity and coherence over time.
I work alongside you as an attuned companion — offering orientation, reflection, and discernment as life unfolds. The work is slow, relational, and shaped by what is alive, rather than by a predetermined method or outcome.
This is not therapy or coaching.
It is a mentorship relationship rooted in lived experience, somatic awareness, and deep listening.
How the Work Unfolds
This mentorship is not traditional.
Each mentorship relationship is unique and responsive. Each relationship is shaped through discernment and lived contact, rather than a fixed method or program. There is no fixed pathway, no hierarchy, and no promise of results.
Our work unfolds slowly and relationally, guided by what is alive and appropriate. Sessions may include dialogue, somatic inquiry, movement, stillness, or contemplative practice — always in service of integration rather than intensity.
At times, our work may include systemic or representational inquiry into inherited family and relational dynamics, or draw on symbolic or intuitive practices when they serve clarity and integration. These are used sparingly and never replace presence, responsibility, or lived practice.
The intention is not dependency, but maturation: developing the capacity to meet yourself, your relationships, and your life with increasing steadiness, honesty, and responsibility.

Domains of Work
Over time, our work may move through different domains, depending on what is alive and appropriate. These are not stages to complete, nor programs to choose from.
Orientation — The Call to Self-Leadership
This domain supports the shift from external orientation to inner authority.
We begin by slowing down, noticing patterns, assumptions, emotional habits, and protective strategies, and learning how to relate to them with honesty rather than judgment. The emphasis is on awareness, emotional literacy, and learning to listen beneath conditioning.
Turning Inward — Meeting What Is Here
This domain focuses on developing the capacity to stay present with inner experience.
We work with emotions, bodily sensations, and recurring patterns without rushing to resolve, fix, or bypass them. Depth here is measured by steadiness — the ability to remain present without collapsing or hardening.
Integration — Living What You See
Integration is about coherence between insight and daily life.
This domain supports bringing understanding into how you relate, choose, work, and live over time. The work is practical and ongoing, oriented toward responsibility, consistency, and lived alignment rather than breakthrough experiences.
Belonging — Practicing Relationship (Shared Sessions Only)
This domain is explored through shared sessions with others, such as partners, family members, or small relational constellations.
The focus is relational maturity: honesty, boundaries, accountability, and the capacity to stay present in connection. I hold the space as a neutral, attuned presence, supporting dialogue, listening, and repair where needed.
Belonging work is not offered as individual mentorship. It arises when working with relationship itself is what serves the maturation of all involved.
