My Journey

A multi-variant human being. The offerings you’ll find in this space are a representation of my arch of life till this point. Cross-pollinating is one of my strengths. I use the different facets of my being, skills, multimodality expertise and lived experience to guide humans on the beautiful journey of Self-Leadership – remembering wholeness.

After walking (still) through many life initiations, I’ve come to sense that my personal process is one of alchemy. I mine the wells of power that are within and subsequently guide others to do the same. I’ve alchemized my most painful experiences in order to be more embodied and serve others more deeply and honestly. In doing so, I transmute pain into wisdom.

Personally, I want to live more deeply with gentleness, ease and acceptance. Honoring the ebbs and flows of the path of embodied wisdom, enheartened presence and being. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to support hundreds of people to date and look forward to supporting many more as I dive deeper into my growth and play. Today, what calls me is to embody love more deeply. Like all of us, I’m a masterpiece and a work in progress.

I have experienced so much all these years. From the deepest darkness to the brightest light. I use my ongoing 20+ years of experience in personal development, self-inquiry, trauma recovery, embodied living, my rich and tumultuous life experiences, tools, techniques, practices and wisdom acquired along the way, as well as my innate ability to see beyond illusions, to serve others.

I absolutely love helping people help themselves break out of lower frequency energy patterns into higher levels of freedom and energy. My ability to bring compassionate awareness to the deepest, densest and most uncomfortable places of human experience allows me to support people through very difficult moments and journey forward with them. My focus is to support people to reconnect to their whole Self and through that to connect to others more deeply and genuinely.
