        Collective Work

        Scope, orientation, and discernment

This page offers a clearer view into how I work with collectives, and what this work is — and is not.

My collective work is rooted in the same orientation as my one-to-one mentorship: inner adulthood, presence, responsibility, and ethical relating.

I work with groups who are willing to meet complexity honestly, without rushing toward resolution or performance.

        What This Work Supports

Collective work may support groups in:

        • navigating transition, uncertainty, or change

        • addressing relational tension or fragmentation

        • developing relational maturity and shared responsibility

        • slowing down patterns of reactivity or avoidance

        • cultivating clearer communication and presence under pressure

The focus is not on fixing individuals, but on attending to what is happening in the relational field.

        How I Work in Groups

My role is not to manage emotion, create harmony, or lead people toward a particular outcome.

        I work by:

        • establishing clear agreements and boundaries

        • bringing attention to relational dynamics as they unfold

        • supporting honest dialogue without bypass or collapse

        • staying present with discomfort, difference, and uncertainty

This work values clarity over comfort and responsibility over cohesion.

        Contexts I Work In

Collective work may take place within:

        • organisations or leadership teams

        • intentional communities or networks

        • curated gatherings, retreats, or convenings

        • educational or cultural spaces

Groups may range from small, intimate circles to larger gatherings of up to 50 participants (and occasionally more), depending on context and readiness.

        Form & Duration

        There is no fixed format.

        Engagements may include:

        • single-session conversations

        • short series or intensives

        • multi-day immersions

The form, duration, and structure are shaped collaboratively through conversation, based on the needs of the group and the nature of the moment.

        What This Work Is Not

        This work is not:

        • therapy or group therapy

        • motivational speaking

        • open-enrolment workshops

        • one-off cathartic experiences

        • crisis intervention or emotional caretaking

This work asks something of the group — including self-responsibility, willingness to reflect, and capacity to stay present.

        Ethics & Boundaries

        Collective work is held within:

        • clear scope and agreements

        • defined timeframes

        • shared responsibility for participation

I do not take responsibility for individual outcomes, emotional processing outside the container, or group cohesion beyond what is honestly possible.

These boundaries are essential for depth, safety, and integrity.

        Discernment

Not all groups are ready for this work.

If what is being sought is reassurance, consensus, or a polished experience, this may not be the right fit.

If what is present is a willingness to meet complexity with honesty, humility, and responsibility, we can explore whether working together is appropriate.

        Practicalities

Collective work is offered by invitation and discernment.

Pricing, scope, and logistics are discussed privately once context and readiness are clear.
Rates differ for Indian-based and international groups and are shaped with attention to access and integrity.

        How to Begin

Your session was so beautiful. It got under my skin the most. It was such a profound experience of really being one with everyone and really what it means to be together, be a community, be in a circle and hold space together, and really dissolve the self and feel one with others. The way you hold space, oh my God, it was so beautiful, how in tune you are with the moment, what’s emerging and the energy in the circle, what everyone needs. I was just so grateful to witness it and be part of this experience. It was amazing, amazing, amazing to meet you and experience this with you. You’re so beautiful. It was so raw and so beautiful, such a striping of everything – straight to the heart. I’m so grateful. I felt deeply touched by your presence. Thank you Lilya.”
