        1:1 In-Person Embodied Sessions

        A body-based space for presence and integration

        These sessions are offered as in-person, body-based encounters for adults who wish to work through presence, sensation, and lived experience rather than dialogue alone.

        They are not a replacement for mentorship, therapy, or immersion work.
        They are a distinct container — designed for moments when the body itself is asking to be met more directly.

        The Nature of the Work

        In these sessions, we work with:

        • sensation and felt experience

        • movement and stillness

        • breath, posture, and orientation

        • the body as a site of information and integration

        The work is slow, responsive, and guided by what is present.
        There is no technique to perform and no outcome to achieve.

        Attention is given to how experience is held in the body — and how presence can restore choice, coherence, and responsiveness over time.

        How This Differs from Mentorship

        These sessions are not primarily conversational.

        While reflection may arise, the focus is on direct experience rather than analysis or narrative. They are particularly suited for:

        • integration of insight already gained

        • working with states that are difficult to access verbally

        • restoring contact with sensation, rhythm, and ground

        • supporting regulation and embodied awareness

        They may be engaged as standalone sessions or as a complement to ongoing mentorship, when appropriate.

        The Container

        • Sessions are held in person only

        • The work is grounded in consent, pacing, and clear boundaries

        • Touch, when used, is explicit and agreed upon in advance

        • You remain fully clothed and resourced throughout

        This is not bodywork in the traditional sense, and it is not therapeutic treatment.

        Discernment

        These sessions are not designed for:

        • cathartic release

        • emotional processing without integration

        • crisis support

        • fixing or resolving symptoms

        They are for those willing to stay present with sensation, ambiguity, and subtle change.

        If what is sought is intensity or outcome, this may not be the right container.

        • Format: one-to-one, in person

        • Session length: 60–90 minutes

        • Investment: USD $350 per session
